Now I have no problem splitting a commission. The seller pays the realtor fees in a dual-agency transaction. Some agents put in certain amounts, but if they don’t add to the transaction, and they get a fee from the Buyer, then why should they get a fee from the selling agent? Do they, for a fee, give the Buyer a list of properties to call and look at, or do they actually show the Buyer properties, or do they tell the buyer how to purchase a home or real estate? I see when I input a listing that there is a place that indicates what a non-rep receives if the sale is achieved. I think I know but somebody please educate me. Here I am, another Monday morning with a question, that I probably should have gotten an answer to awhile back.
